The firm also intends to use 25% of the IPO funds to buy new technological products, 15% to expand three existing service centers and to build another four service centers, 10% to set up six training centers, 30% for potential acquisitions and 10% to replenish working capital. In the first half of this year, the technology firm reaped HK$1.18 billion in operating revenue. Its gross profits were HK$107.38 million in the period.
